Robert B. Hamilton
Attorney Robert Hamilton joined the Law Offices of Brian J. Tyler in January, 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Robert served as a law clerk to the Honorable John A. Bozza of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas. Robert's practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy law and related practice areas.
Attorney Hamilton is a 2004 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where he received a B.A. in history. He earned his Juris Doctor from The Widener University School of Law in 2008. As a law student, Robert was selected to serve as an associate and senior staff member of The Widener Law Journal, and was an honorary recipient of The Widener Law Journal Distinguished Service Award in 2007.
Robert is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations, the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
